Exhibit Removal:

The Exhibitor agrees no display will be dismantled or removed through the duration of the Show, but will remain intact until the end of the final closing hour of the last show day.The Exhibitor also agrees to have their display removed no later than 10:00 p.m. April 1, 2012.The failure to do so will result in additional charges.

Assignment and Subletting:

The Exhibitor shall not assign any rights under this agreement or sublet space without prior permission of the Greater Montgomery Home Builders Association.
